Viale Rosselli

Viale Rosselli is the 19th-century ring boulevard that closes Florence's historic centre. At 60–68 stands a late-19th-century palazzo: stone cornices, arched portals, wrought-iron balconies, two floors above ground and an untouched façade.

The project is a conservative restoration with division into prime residences, minutes from Piazza dell'Indipendenza: stone, wrought iron and original proportions preserved, services and internal layout entirely rethought.
