Lucca

The building stands in Lucca: two storeys set back from the street, today without architectural quality.

The project brings it back to residential use through the envelope and the internal layout: a pale stone cladding set out in vertical piers, deep loggias, full-height windows. On the inner side, a courtyard and a planted terrace.

3,250 m² of floor area, thirty months of works.
