The former Santa Maria in Bethlem hospital complex, at Via Guglielmo Calcagno 42, has been closed and abandoned for about fifteen years. It sits on the Riviera di Ponente, steps from the beach, the station and local services.

The project converts it into a 40-apartment residential building over five floors, with three levels of parking. Climbing-hedge façade, glass balconies, sea views.
